As a graduate within Central Functions, you’ll work at the hub of an organisation of over 40,000 people. You’ll help to keep our business integrated, making sure that we’ve got the resources we need to keep growing and deliver change where it’s needed most.

Our programme areas include:

  • Finance: Provide financial and budget planning analysis across the business groups.
  • Private Finance: Arrange project finance with our design, construction and support services capabilities, and help our customers build new facilities and infrastructure.
  • Human Resources: Act as a strategic leader for our HR function.
  • Supply Chain: Manage the procurement process and make sure we have the tools we need to impact the world around us.
  • ICT: Plan and deliver technology related support and services across the group.
  • Communications & Marketing: Create compelling, imaginative campaigns to help drive our business forward and engaging with our internal employees.

Training

Over two years, you’ll build in-depth experience across a number of roles, so that you can find the one that’s right for you. We’re a very varied department with a wide range of positions to choose from. To help you find what you’re looking for, the programme includes:

  • Rotations through a range of positions, demanding different skills and responsibilities.
  • Movement between markets and sectors.
  • Mentoring and collaboration with senior figures within the business.
