As a graduate within Support Services, you’ll help us to provide essential services to communities across the country, making them safer, better connected and more sustainable. You’ll make a positive impact on the lives of lots of different people, in markets ranging from healthcare to education, central government to defence. The sectors you could work in are diverse and can include:

  • Government & Defence: Provide integrated support to the defence sector and help to keep the UK secure.
  • Engineering Services: Safeguard the supply of essential resources, such as light, heat and water, for the people who need them.
  • Facilities Management: Keep vital facilities running for our corporate clients and their customers, in diverse sectors, around the UK and supporting our Work Winning teams in the pipeline of new contracts
  • Corporate, Communities and Health: Making a positive contribution to transforming the customer and patient experience through providing safe environments in which our customers deliver services.
  • Project Management: Take responsibility for the delivery of our services, from start to finish.

Training

Over two years, you’ll develop a range of skills by engaging with different areas of our business. You’ll work on projects that will stretch your abilities and understanding, following a programme that’s built around your particular needs. This will include:

  • Rotations across different departments.
  • Direct involvement in projects outside of your commercial area.
  • Collaboration with senior stakeholders within the business.
